Over the past 20 years, we have helped thousands of people to gain control of their chronic skin condition through the use of effective, evidence-based natural medicine modalities.
Our Approach
We assess every person’s individual skin and health concerns to create a customised programme rather than adopting a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
We address the environmental, dietary and lifestyle factors that both initiated and continue to aggravate your condition. After an in-depth, initial consultation, clients are generally reviewed at two weeks to assess response to treatment. In most cases, monthly reviews to monitor progress are undertaken over a three-four month period.
Client-Centred Care
We take the time to understand your skin health concerns and goals for treatment.
We focus on client-centred care that is individually tailored to address your specific needs. Targeted nutritional and botanical medicine supplementation is prescribed to support skin healing. Non-drug based, topical preparations containing natural ingredients are prepared at the time of consultation to address individual requirements. Topical preparations are customised throughout the period of active care in response to your skin condition and to support sustained improvement.
Ongoing Support
Following the initial period of active care, once your skin condition is under control we provide ongoing support.
For maintenance clients who wish to continue to optimise their skin’s health through nutritional or botanical medicine supplementation or who may intermittently require topical preparations, we provide 12 month prescriptions that enable you to easily re-order products, as required. Our clinic operates within Bayside Health Professionals and is open Monday through to Saturday for general inquiries, administrative issues, pick up and mailing out of products. Skin Clinic consultations are available on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday either in-clinic or via phone to assist you.
